In today’s information-saturated world, subject matter experts often find themselves struggling to connect with their audiences. Armed with deep technical knowledge, they bring insights and data to the table—but the message often falls flat.
Why? Because the focus tends to stay on the content rather than the connection. Experts frequently deliver presentations that are too dense, too technical, or too disconnected from what their audience truly cares about. The audience may leave overwhelmed or disengaged, missing the bigger picture and failing to act on what truly matters.
In a world where decisions are often driven as much by emotion as logic, storytelling is the missing link that transforms expertise into influence.
Our program, Influencing Through Storytelling, is designed to bridge this gap. It empowers experts to craft compelling narratives, tailor their message to resonate deeply with their audience and inspire action.
Through interactive techniques and proven storytelling frameworks, we help turn information-heavy presentations into memorable experiences that persuade, connect, and make a lasting impact.

We can facilitate this program with small and big groups, face-to-face and live online. In our experience, running the 4 x half-day sessions over a period of 2 weeks is most impactful for learners. Learners should present on a topic real to their context so involvement from the sponsor/manager is key. We recommend a panel of 3 people for the live online presentations on day 4 for learners to receive valuable feedback.
